About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the JayZ Outdoors website and any enquiry, quote or service request you make with us. By submitting an enquiry or booking a measure, you agree to these terms.
Our services
JayZ Outdoors supplies and installs residential gates across Melbourne, including sliding, swing, double, pedestrian and automated gates. All work is carried out by our own crew or trusted subcontractors working under our supervision.
Quotes and pricing
We provide written fixed-price quotes after an on-site measure. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Prices are based on the scope discussed and measured on site. Any changes to the scope after the quote is accepted may require a revised price.
Bookings and cancellations
We book installation dates once the quote is accepted and any required deposit is received. If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. We may retain a deposit to cover materials already ordered if a cancellation is made after materials have been committed.
Workmanship guarantee
We stand behind our installation work. Our workmanship guarantee covers defects in installation for a reasonable period. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear. Manufacturer warranties on motors, remotes and hardware apply separately.
Site access and conditions
You agree to provide safe access to the work site, clear communication about underground services where relevant, and a suitable area for our team to work. Delays caused by site conditions, weather or unavailable access may affect the schedule.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, JayZ Outdoors' liability is limited to the value of the services we provide. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under Australian consumer law.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by JayZ Outdoors or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
